She is a regular speaker on the subject at coaching conferences and communities both in person and virtually.

Georgina has walked the walk. An entrepreneur, she has started and run many successful companies and coaches many chief executives and senior teams across major corporations as well as public sector and not-for-profit organisations. She writes a column called Talking Teams, alongside book chapters and articles about coaching teams.
